Lily’s Bridal Boutique

Sandra is just one in a million! After a bad experience in another bridal shop, Sandra made me feel like family. Buying my dress was a last-minute affair, around 6 weeks before the big day! But nothing was too much trouble for Sandra; she overcame any and all obstacles that arose with grace and calmness, which in turn helped me feel calm. My dress was breath-taking; every day I want to wear it again, and that’s all thanks to the knowledge of Sandra and Marge’s incredible altering. 

We had laughs and tears (of joy!) in your shop, Sandra, and I could honestly not be more grateful that I have met you! From start to finish, you were fantastic and I cannot thank you enough. 

I felt like a princess, the most beautiful I have ever felt in my life, so thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you for everything, from start to finish. Sandra and Jamie are amazing. Sandra listened to everything I said on my first appointment with her and she already knew which dress would be the one for me and she was right! I fell in love with the dress right away. She is a very talented lady; she knows her dresses. Jamie helped me with my last few appointments. On my last appointment, I was unable to get there or back so she even went out of her way and came and picked me up and dropped me home so I didn’t miss my appointment. Jamie came to dress me on my wedding day and she was so helpful and reassuring and kept me calm. She stayed with me right till the moment I was about to walk down the aisle, making sure everything was perfect. I can not thank you both enough and I would highly recommend 🥰 

I went in on the bank holiday to try on some dresses. I was very welcomed and had plenty to try on! I found my dream dress and cannot wait to wear it one day! The staff are amazing, polite, welcoming and very knowledgeable ! Highly recommend.

Sandra is a bubbly, enthusiastic lady who can not do enough to make you feel special and ensures you feel that way while in her boutique. The boutique offers individuality and privacy for a fun-filled atmosphere to find "the dress." I recommend Lily's Boutique and especially Sandra for her professionalism, personal touch and expertise in what is clearly not just a job but her passion. Keep doing what you do so well, Sandra.

I am very lucky enough to have had a wonderfully magical bridal experience at Lily’s bridal boutique. Sandra made me feel beautiful and special at every appointment. She goes above and beyond for her clients and she always makes me feel comfortable and beautiful. She was just as excited as I was at every appointment. Yeti (the seamstress) had also made every appointment special and really took her time to ensure that my dress fitted the way I wanted. Both of the ladies ensured I walked away with a dress that would make me feel beautiful and boy did it. I even got a few tears from the husband as I walked down the aisle. Forever grateful 🥲

Such a great experience. Sandra and Skye were just the best. I didn’t actually see my dress until 6 weeks before the day and I put my full trust in them and I’m so glad I did! It was perfect. 

I had so much fun on my weekly fittings, lots of laughing 😂

I had such an amazing experience with Sandra at Lily’s Bridal Boutique. From the beginning, when I chose my dress 18 months ago, up until the day of my wedding, I couldn’t fault Sandra and her team. She works with two amazing seamstresses’ too, who are so lovely and bend over backwards to help. I worried so much about odd bits before the wedding but not at all about my dress, as I knew it was in safe hands. I felt amazing in my dress and it really wouldn’t have been the same without Sandra, Yettie and the other girls. I couldn't recommend them enough 🤍🤍🤍
